Mental training helps you develop skills to get more out of yourself.
Maybe you get anxious about competing. Maybe you perform inconsistently because of confidence issues. Maybe you find it hard to handle feelings like fear, frustration or fatigue. Maybe you’re struggling through injury or finding it difficult to move on from your sport.
Whatever the case, 1-on-1 sessions get to the core of the mental and emotional patterns holding you back. Then they retrain you to think, feel, and act in a way that aligns more to your goals.
Just like physical training, this process is progressive and sustainable. You’ll adapt, grow, and become more resilient over time.

Because I get it. As a long-distance runner, I understand what it's like to want more from myself.
I’ve competed in races where self-doubt got the best of me and I backed off when things got hard. I’ve dealt with pre-performance anxiety and struggled through countless injuries. But through those challenges I’ve developed a skillset and framework for mental training that works for a lot of people.
For 8 years as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, I’ve worked with athletes across 20+ sports at all levels. My specialty is helping people quiet the noise, build mental resilience, and show up with confidence under pressure.

How it works
1. Free Discovery Call
We’ll start with a 20-minute call over the phone or Google Meet. This is a chance to meet each other, discuss your goals and challenges, answer any questions, and chat about a potential plan forward. There’s absolutely no pressure on this call to decide if you want to work with me.
2. 1-on-1 Sessions
If we decide to work together (heck yes!) we’ll chat on Google Meet. Sessions will explore your challenges in depth so we can get to the root of what’s holding you back. I believe half of your transformation comes from the insight and self-awareness you’ll gain through our conversations, and the other half comes from the actionable skills and strategies that you’ll put into practice.
After every session, I’ll send you a recap of the major things we talked about. Sometimes this will include extra resources, videos, or ideas for you to think about.

Unlimited email support between engagements

8 coaching engagements (45 minutes each)

Race day / Match day consulting for peak performance
