Hi, I’m Scott—ultrarunner, mental performance consultant, and someone who knows firsthand how much the mind impacts your results.

Why I do this work

My interest in mental performance started in university when I realized the mental techniques I used in running—to stay calm, confident, and focused—were tools many athletes didn’t know about or hadn’t learned to use. That insight changed everything for me.

Now, I’m sharing the mental strategies I’ve developed through years of training and competing—and refined as a mental performance consultant—so that you can get the most out of yourself too.

What I believe

I believe sport is about more than physical fitness. It demands the ability to handle physical discomfort, manage self-doubt, and quickly adapt to challenges.

With the right mental strategies, you can develop a mindset that works for you rather than against you. You can be more calm under stress, more confident in your abilities, and more flexible in the face of adversity.
