Whether you’re new to running or an experienced runner chasing a personal best, one of the most effective ways to take your performance to the next level is by training your mind.

A personalized mental training approach helps you develop skills like focus, self-talk, confidence, and emotional control in a way that aligns with your goals, personality, and current mindset.

As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and long-distance runner myself, I understand what it's like to want more from myself and not always know how to get there.

For the past 7+ years, I’ve worked with athletes across 20+ sports at all levels. My specialty is helping people quiet the noise, build real mental resilience, and show up with confidence when the pressure hits.

This isn’t about cheesy motivation or pretending you’re fearless. It’s about learning how to stay present, shift your focus, and run with more calm, confidence, and conviction even when your mind is telling you to pull back.

How it works

1. Free Discovery Call

We’ll start with a 20-minute call over the phone or Google Meet. This is a chance to meet each other, discuss your goals and challenges, answer any questions, and chat about a potential plan forward. There’s absolutely no pressure on this call to decide if you want to work with me.

2. 1-on-1 Sessions

If we decide to work together (heck yes!) we’ll chat on Google Meet. Sessions will explore your challenges in depth so we can get to the root of what’s holding you back. I believe half of your transformation comes from the insight and self-awareness you’ll gain through our conversations, and the other half comes from the actionable skills and strategies that you’ll put into practice.

After every session, I’ll send you a recap of the major things we talked about. Sometimes this will include extra resources, videos, or ideas for you to think about.

  • For athletes who want to begin training without the full commitment.

    What you receive:

    • 1 consulting engagement (45 minutes)

    Investment: $150 CAD

  • For athletes who want to maintain their edge with consistent support.

    What you receive:

    • 5 consulting engagements (45 minutes each)

    • Unlimited email support between engagements

    Investment: $675 CAD

  • For elite athletes or anyone fully dedicated to their performance endeavour.

    What you receive:

    • 8 coaching engagements (45 minutes each)

    • Unlimited email support between engagements

    • Race day / Match day consulting for peak performance

    • Priority scheduling

    Investment: $880 CAD
