My consulting is grounded in performance psychology, and many of the strategies are a blend of mindfulness-acceptance-commitment (MAC) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
How it works
1. Free Discovery Call
We’ll start with a 20-minute call over the phone or Google Meet. This is a chance to meet each other, discuss your goals and challenges, answer any questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
2. 1-on-1 Sessions
Once we’ve decided to work together (heck yes!) we’ll chat on Google Meet. Sessions will explore your challenges in depth so we can get to the root of what’s holding you back. I believe half of your transformation comes from the insight and self-awareness you’ll gain through our conversations, and the other half comes from the actionable skills and strategies that you’ll put into practice.
After every session, I’ll send you a recap of the major things we talked about. Sometimes this will include extra resources, videos, or ideas for you to think about.
