Elevate your group’s mental performance

Mental performance consulting goes beyond the basic X’s and O’s of the sport. It’s about equipping athletes with the mental tools to handle pressure, build confidence, stay mentally calm, and perform consistently.

Physical training isn’t enough to compete at a high level.

Everyone has a solid training program. But athletes still experience the same challenges:

  • They lack self-confidence

  • They aren’t comfortable being uncomfortable

  • They experience anxiety, often interfering with their focus, enjoyment, and ability to fuel.

That’s where I come in.

Through tailored group training, I help your athletes develop the mental skills needed to thrive in the most challenging moments.

Why work with me?

As a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), I’ve worked with athletes and teams at every level, from professionals to club athletes.

I’m also an experienced runner myself, so I understand the challenges that endurance athletes face:

  • The overwhelming urge to slow down when the pace feels unsustainable.

  • Self-doubt when you’re trying to do something you’ve never done before.

  • Finishing a race knowing that you had more to give.

I’ve been there myself, and I’ve developed a proven system to help you manage these challenges.

What your team will gain

Through customized sessions tailored to your team’s needs, athletes can learn:

  • How to keep pushing when they have the overwhelming urge to slow down.

  • How to stay mentally calm and in control through every race and workout.

  • Strategies to silence self-doubt and compete with confidence.

  • Skills to manage stress and anxiety.

  • Techniques to prepare for potential race day challenges.

My consulting is grounded in performance psychology, and many of the strategies are a blend of mindfulness-acceptance-commitment (MAC) and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

How it works

1. Free Discovery Call

We’ll start with a 20-minute call to discuss your team’s goals, current challenges, and what you’re looking for in mental performance support. This is a chance to meet each other and see if we’re a good fit.

2. Team Sessions

Once we’ve decided to work together, I’ll deliver unique training sessions tailored to your team’s needs. These can be run in person or online via Google Meet, making it easy to fit into your athletes’ schedules. We can also discuss how the training is delivered - depending on your preferences, I can attend team practices or provide extra support for coaches.

Sessions typically include interactive discussions, practical exercises, and opportunities for athletes to reflect, share, and apply what they learn. When combined with team practice (i.e., on a run) we have the opportunity to train mental skills in a much more applied way.

I focus on creating an environment where athletes feel engaged, motivated to improve both individually and as a team, and are given real tools to improve their running ability.

Is this for you?

Working with me is a perfect fit if:

  • Your athletes struggle to stay mentally strong during a tough workout or race.

  • You want your team to learn practical, proven techniques to handle discomfort and fatigue.

  • You know your athletes are capable of more but feel like their minds are holding them back.

  • You’re ready to learn and work with your athletes to develop the mental edge that separates great athletes from good ones.

What is the cost?

Cost is dynamic based on your group’s specific needs. The price range typically falls between $150 and $500 CAD per engagement.
